Tudor House

A New Community Space in Hindley

Office space, a community room, food pantry, artisan wall and meeting spaces - all under one roof for local organisations and social enterprises.

Our History

Wigan & Leigh Community Charity took over ownership of Tudor House in April 2025, when the previous owners, Hindley Community Association, merged with the charity.

Hindley Community Association had been managing Tudor House as a local community asset for many years — developing the building to accommodate organisations through office space hire, and creating two flats at the rear of the building to provide housing for people facing barriers to accommodation.

Today, Tudor House continues that legacy as a hub for the local social economy, offering office space, a community room, a food pantry, an artisan wall and meeting spaces for social enterprises, charities and community organisations.
